Continuity

In the dressing room, when Baby Doll lists the four objects the girls must obtain to escape, she writes all four object in cursive, focusing on the last word "KEY". However, when the camera angle changes during the following conversation the list changes handwriting and the words change from cursive to "block letter". It continues to switch back and forth every time the camera angle changes during the conversation.
When the priest is dropping Babydoll off from the orphanage, initially her signature headband is placed behind her ponytails. As it cuts between her and Blue, it visibly moves to in front of the ponytails (probably because headbands tend to slip if not anchored, especially when movement is involved), it remains there for the rest of the film.
Before Babydoll saves Rocket from the cook, she is scrubbing the floor with a brush and bucket. When they run from the kitchen back out to the hallway, brush and bucket are visible but the floor is dry.
During the samurai battle, when the first samurai walks up to Baby Doll her stance switches between feet together in the close up shots, but several inches apart in the wide shots.
During the castle raid Babydoll puts down her machine gun when approaching the baby dragon. When the mother dragon comes up and the girls retreat, Babydoll's gun is still where she left it. After the girls leave, but before the dragon climbs out of the tower, the camera angle changes and the gun is no longer where Babydoll left it.

Factual errors

A man grabs an old-style metal canister fire extinguisher and immediately begins spraying the fire with it. These extinguishers had to be inverted and the charging pin on top banged on the floor to activate the chemicals and create spraying pressure.
In the samurai scene the structure's gate belongs to a Japanese shrine, but inside is a temple. A shrine is associated with Shintoism, while a temple is associated with Buddhism.
When Rocket is moving the sack of potatoes in the kitchen and goes to steal a piece of chocolate out of a box of baking chocolate, it says "unsweetened" on the box. Unsweetened chocolate tastes terrible, so stealing it wouldn't make any sense.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

While walking down the steps before starting the samurai battle, Baby Doll is wearing heels (at least 3 or 4 inches) however during the actual combat scenes, she's very clearly wearing flats. When she "fights" the last samurai, she's back to wearing heels.

Revealing mistakes

In the dressing room when Sweet Pea, Rocket, and Blondie talk about not helping Babydoll, their movements don't match their mirror images; doubles are being used so the camera can move behind them without being reflected. - NOTE This is not a revealing mistake. In that scene, those mirrors are attached to the wall. There's no physical way the camera could have rotated around those mirrors. The director is doing this to alert the viewer they are inside another reality (baby dolls)

Audio/visual unsynchronised

The audio for the Gatling cannon used by the second Samurai warrior in the first battle scene is incorrect as it uses the effect for a gun with a much lower rate of fire even though initially the movie is going at a normal pace with no slowdown.
