I saw two versions of this Mack Sennett Smith Family short on YouTube. One was a shortened 12-minute one with the series title of "Comedy Capers" and episode title of "House for Rent" with period-suitable music score and some sound effects. The other was a complete one but it seemed washed out or maybe overexposed and it had a more modern score which clashed with the era this was filmed in. I still was able to mostly understand what was going on especially since that was the only version with the intertitles. This was more amusing than hilarious, but I enjoyed seeing Mary Ann Jackson before she joined Our Gang and as a toddler, no less! Hopefully, I'll eventually see a clearer print one day. P. S. Andy Clyde makes another series appearance, this time as the one who sold the house. Previously, in Smith's Uncle, he played the rich relative.
