Pretty nothing film from Satô it feels like that one segment from "the joy of torture" by teruo ishii where there's this one tatoo artist that gets obsessed with portraying "real pain" so he kidnaps this girl to tattoo his masterpiece on her back, but instead of being a 30 or so minutes segment it is a full pinku lenght film while it is still kind of amusing its not his best work by far.
