I would say 'Pournami' is the best movie among the released movies (pokiri, bangaram, sriramdasu, veerabhadra)this season. I wonder and am worried telugu audience taste has been indecisive now a days. I guess, K. Viswanath would love this movie. M.S.Raju only can make this kinda movie with such rich values and non compromising terms. Prabhudeva is just Great with his direction. Prabhas - wonderful performance and timing is of great ease. He has got amazing future ahead. Charmi - She was really surprisingly GOOD. I think, Charmi has given terrific, immense and memorable performance. I wish she would get NandiAward this year. Trisha and others are adequate. DeviSri is apt with his music. Overall, Movie is subjected to telugu nativity and it was pleasure watching such movies still in these days. I pity Telugu audience for turning down this movie.

Paurnami - A best title i feel than any other to this story as the whole story is Based on the theme Paurnami and the character Paurnami. A nice and Pleasant movie. Anybody can watch this movie without hesitation. Nice picturisation, settings and something different from the usual. Good make up for the artist especially Trisha and Prabas. Very good costumes. Excellent Music and choreography especially the last songs dance and the Music especially the duet song of the hero Prabas and Trisha very beautiful song Ninnala Navvugala. Hats of To Prabhu Deva Sir and Devi Sri Prasad.

Ladies first.

Trisha: excellent and ease in acting. good expressions. very well danced. and the role of Paurnami is very special Trisha is lucky to get this role and overall she has scored well in the movie.the dying scene and dance scene of the Song Ninnala nuvvagala Trisha has done excellently. and the Nepaali dress suits her very well.

Charmi: I think her acting was a bit over but still OK she has done the comedy scenes well with the hero. and her dance No. in the second song with the hero Prabhas was good especially when she puts the steps for that Cows bell when prabas tries to bring out her talent of dance that part is good somehow her last dance performance was not so good as Trisha.

Sindhu Taloni: I feel the role which she had got in this movie doesn't suit at all compared to her roles in other movie her face wont suit for the harsh character like troubling Prabhas but still OK somehow.

Prabas: I think Prabas is the one who steels the show and scores the highest among all i am not saying this because he is the hero or something but its fact as from beginning till end of the movie he has done his acting with ease and natural and he has given one of the best performance in dancing wise or fighting wise. even comedy too he has done well and his expression when Pauranami dies and his expression in song Ninnala navvegala and also his expression when he doesn't want to kill some other person and his father forces him to kill is wonderful and last but not the least that last scenes in the last song when they had put glass pieces upon the steps and he doesn't want Chandrakala to get wounded he scrawls upon that that part he has done excellently.

Sunil: Sunil has done his work perfectly by doing his comedy no words at all to tell about him as he always does his work perfectly i feel without taking any comments.

Director: The director Prabu Deva has bought the movie very beautifully there is no remarks in part of direction or choreography.

Music Director: Devi Sri Prasad has done a excellent job especially the song Ninnala navvugala excellent music he has given a ossam music for a traditionally story. hats of sir.

overall good somewhere some roles where not so good but OK

I love this movie and also it's music, this is the best musical movie I have ever seen.

This movie is not the usual fare. If you're addicted to the five songs & four fights formula, then this movie is not for you. But if you would like to watch a movie, that's genuine and sincere, a movie with rich production values with an impressive performance from its star cast, then this movie is for you. After watching this movie, i really couldn't understand how this movie did not do well! The movie is a tale of love, honour and sacrifice. Prabhas has come up with a restrained but powerful performance. Be it sentiment, action, emotion or romantic scenes, Prabhas is at his best. One of his best roles since Chatrapathi. Charmee has also given a good performance. Trisha is just okay. Prabhudeva proves his talent as a director once more.

Movie: Paurnami is a great entertainer with perfect casting and splendid music.Hats off to director Prabhu Deva

Hero: No body other than Prabhas would have fit the role of Shiva Kesav this much perfectly.He steals the show.

Heroines: Charmi has performed greatly.Her expressions are very cute. Trisha is good and her costumes suits her well.Sindu Tulane has done her job neatly even though her part is lesser.

story: The story is like a classic south Indian epic with lots of traditional values

Picturization: certain backdrops are very remarkable.Especially the palace of the Zamindar and the pond near which Trisha dances alone in the moonlight.Every scene visual treat to watch.

Music: Muvvala Navvakala is a feel good melody The best album of DSP

Good movie with lot of emotion throughout. Comedy is good. Each artist at their best. This is the best work of Music Director Devi Sri Prasad

PRABHAS staring with those glorious innocent eyes is CINEMA for me.

Shiva Kesava and Pournami's Love Story is a Classic.

When I was a kid, my aunt took me to this film like 2-3 times. She loved this film so much. I still remember how that theatre looked like with all those long seiling fans and seats. I still remember that moment where Prabhas directly staring at me through the screen with those eyes. Can't forget that ever. I'm not saying that I realised I'm his fan at that time, but there is always a connection. I don't know when did I become his devotee, it didn't happen in just one moment, it happened eventually. The love and affection on him growing on me since then.

Disappointing, no English subtitles. Unable to watch.
