It's as simple as that; AWFUL. One of the worst movies in the history of Egyptian film production. No script at all, just some "supposed to be comic" scenes connected together without any bonds. That wasn't a surprise by any means knowing that the writer is Ahmad Abdullah, one of the most (if not the most) shallow writers in Egyptian Cinema, who is specialized in writing these kind of shallow comic films. Terrible acting specially from Henedi, who desperately trys to make the audience laugh by any means. There isn't any kind of art in such movies like this. Don't waste your time to watch this crap, even if you're looking for just fun, because this movie isn't what you're looking for.

This one takes you all over the other side of Egypt...and along the way you get to see a warped wedding, a whacked-out belly dance routine, and a shaabi wedding. Lots of fun...definitely not the Yacoubian Building, but it ain't supposed to be... Hanaidi is good in his role as the soldier. The actor who played Hassan the Perfumer was my favorite, right up there with Rodney Dangerfield at his most whacked out. The other straight men performed admirably - particularly the father. Watch out for the cab-driver - if you've ever taken a black-and-white in Cairo this character may seem eerily familiar.

Highly recommended, particularly for non-Egyptian tourists.
