Colonel Bleep, Squeak, and Scratch want to have a home. Squeak had made a sketch of what he wants his house to look like. Colonel Bleep then builds the houses for Squeak, Scratch, and himself as well as his laboratory for experiments and research with the power of Futonic energy from the future. Then, Colonel Bleep takes Squeak and Scratch to Earth to see the Belgian Congo (the Democratic Republic of the Congo) to learn about it.

Colonel Bleep travels to Earth. The narrator tells you the back story of the characters.

In Aqualand, Octo the Terrible steals the Frog Men's pearls which are hidden on the sea floor. Octo empties the pearls into Dr. Destructo's submarine. Then, Colonel Bleep, Squeak, and Scratch come to save the pearls. Dr. Destructo was about ready to kill Colonel Bleep by ramming his submarine into him, but, Scratch jumps on the missile and switches the direction that it is going towards Destructo's submarine. Dr. Destructo retreats and moves his submarine upwards. The Frog Men give 3 loud croaks gleefully for the trio having saved their precious pearls. Then, the trio fly out of Aqualand and go back to Zero Zero Island.

When Bleep and his space deputies visit Bleep's home planet, Futura, the wicked Black Knight of Pluto had followed them. He tries to kill Squeak and Scratch with any trick up the sleeve. But, his plan turns the other way around.

The deputies travel to the moon and back following Colonel Bleep's instructions. Squeak failed to read the instructions and learns an important lesson.

Scratch finds a hidden cave near a lagoon, that turns out to be a monster sea serpent.

Dr. Destructo uses his invisible gorilla Grizzo to destroy all the coconuts in an attempt to stop Colonel Bleep from making anymore of his special coconut fuel.

Colonel Bleep and his friends make their home on Zero, Zero Island.

Colonel Bleep helps build a tunnel from Jupiter to the planet Septa.
