Randy Savage reunited on-screen with Elizabeth after his match and made marriage plans with her shortly after. In reality, he had been married to Elizabeth for seven years up to this point and divorced her a year later.
During the opening moments of the Tag Team Championship match with the Hart Foundation and the Nasty Boys, a very young Macaulay Culkin appears in the audience, however, he is not immediately recognized by commentator Gorilla Monsoon. A few seconds later, Monsoon does quip of Culkin, "He doesn't want to be Kevin - Allein zu Haus (1990) with the Nasty Boys!"
