You get some clips an interview, and some comedy. It's worth a watch! If you're a fan, then you know all this stuff, but for someone new, this would be a decent primer.

I like this special. Here, we see George Carlin give out two new comedy stand-up bits and an interview to comedian Jon Stewart. But also, there is a 15 minute look at Carlin's old stuff through the 1960's till now. Very funny stuff, but mainly vintage wise. Good comedy, especially at the ripe golden age of 60. A+
