Handlung

Set in early 1900s France, a widow renews a former romantic interest, until it is discovered that he has had a past fling with one of her new employees, a nanny. Passion's Way accurately reveals deep emotions that surface during the first few tender moments/months of true love. It reveals how doubt can creep in and damage peaceful joy. The movie explores different ways love can be trusted, doubtful, regarded as a blissful experience or tossed loosely as a word in the wind. The three main characters each find love. One truly knows the depths and amazing happiness just to be in the presence of their love. The second loves deeply but allows doubt in to escape the possibility of being hurt. The third uses the word love to improve their station in life but has a past love that was true and deep. The movie tells of feelings that will capture an audience because we know these feelings of love, bliss, joy, even doubt. It will bring them back like a warm blanket. I especially recommend it to mature friends that have travelled down this road. It's sure to remind most of wonderful memories.
