Due to Chibiusa's inclusion in the main cast and her knowledge of the Sailor Senshi's identities, and also Mamoru and Usagi's intact relationship, this story most likely took place after Thoughts the Same! Usagi and Mamoru in Love Again (1993) and before Journey to the Future. Battle in the Corridor of Time (1994) since Chibiusa was still in the present.
After Tuxedo Mask threw the rose at Fiore, as the Sailor Senshi turned to look at him, Sailor Mercury's boots were missing.
In the scene during "Moon Revenge", Venus' back bow is yellow for a majority of the scene until part of the planet that is breaking away covers the Sailor Senshi and then it is blue for the remainder of the scene. It returns to it's yellow color at the end of the film before the credits.
