Season 10 of The Real Housewives of Potomac will premiere on October 5, 2025, at 8 p.m. Et on Bravo. Each new episode will stream on Peacock the next day, and all previous seasons are available on the platform for fans to stream, binge watch, and enjoy. Read on for all the storylines.

The Real Housewives, for one, always has a franchise that brings drama to the small screen.

However, as The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills wraps up Season 14, the only franchise airing this spring and most of the summer is The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Bravo’s Love Hotel and Next Gen NYC hope to fill the Real Housewives void, but we don’t have high hopes that the latter will be successful.

Plenty of other Bravo shows are bringing the heat that are not part of the Real Housewives franchise, like Below Deck Down Under and The Valley.

The restoration and release of Shinji Somai’s Love Hotel is no small occasion, and dovetails nicely with this show’s ambition to speak with people outside the well-known confines of film culture. Thus this new episode is an interview with Edward McCarry, whose work at Cinema Guild has made the Japanese master, by leagues and bounds, more accessible than was ever thought possible. In our conversation, McCarry shares his passion for Somai, the thrill of sharing his films with larger audiences, some particulars of successfully marketing work with so little commercial imprint, and a preview of the next filmmakers Cinema Guild hopes to give a greater platform.

Bravo has a new reality dating series hitting the network next month with some familiar faces attached including Real Housewives stars Shannon Storms Beador (The Real Housewives of Orange County), Gizelle Bryant (The Real Housewives of Potomac), Ashley Darby (The Real Housewives of Potomac) and Luann de Lesseps (The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Rhony Legacy).

The eight episode series will see the women in Los Cabos, Mexico, “come together for the ultimate lavish getaway in the hopes of finding true love.”

“The women will decide who will check in and who will check out, and that is done with the coveted key to the Love Hotel,” reads the logline. “At the end of their time in paradise, the women must decide if they want to check out of the Love Hotel coupled up or check out solo, the way they arrived.”

Bravo’s Love Hotel is officially opening its doors on Sunday, April 27, at 9 p.m. Et.

The reality series stars Shannon Beador of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Gizelle Bryant and Ashley Darby of The Real Housewives of Potomac, and Luann de Lesseps of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Rhony Legacy.

“This isn’t some of sex hotel, is it?” Beador asks in the trailer for the reality dating series, which you can watch in the video above.

The preview also teases a guest appearance from The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey.

Joel Kim Booster hosts the show and will be known as the Love Concierge for the Real Housewives stars.

Beador, fresh off a very public and tumultuous breakup, is looking forward to playing the field and having fun yet also keeping an open heart and mind.

Bravo is checking in four stars of The Real Housewives franchise to the Love Hotel, a new reality dating series coming soon.

Gizelle Bryant and Ashley Darby of The Real Housewives of Potomac, Shannon Beador of The Real Housewives of Orange County, and Luann de Lesseps of The Real Housewives of New York City jumped in for a chance at finding their happily ever after.

Love Hotel brought the group of ladies together at the Grand Velas Boutique Hotel in Los Cabos, Mexico, for a luxurious getaway where they mixed and mingled with a group of eligible bachelors.

Joel Kim Booster hosts the series produced by Shed Media with Lisa Shannon, Dan Peirson, Trifari Williams and Tom Ciaccio serving as executive producers.

Bravo will soon have only two Real Housewives shows on its airwaves.

The Real Housewives of New York City wrapped up Season 15 with the second part of the reunion.

Meanwhile, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 5 will end with the reunion’s third part this week.

That leaves only The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 9 and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 14 airing.

All of this has fans wondering about the Real Housewives schedule for 2025.

The Real Housewives 2025 schedule

The Rhop Season 9 finale aired on Sunday, February 2, but part one of the reunion won’t air until Sunday, February 16. The break is because the Super Bowl airs on Sunday, February 9.

Bravo is getting ready to have a group of The Real Housewives stars check in to the Love Hotel.

The dating series will feature Real Housewives of New York City‘s Luann de Lesseps, The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Shannon Beador, and The Real Housewives of Potomac’s Gizelle Bryant and Ashley Darby.

“The Housewives have checked in,” reads the teaser with music in the background that sounds similar to Darby’s single “Coffee & Love.”

Rhop‘s Bryant teased Love Hotel last year, telling Deadline that co-star Beador was an “acquired taste.”

“I love her. I’ve talked to Shannon a couple times since we left, and Shannon’s a lot of fun. Shannon was the one that was a bit more emotional than the rest of the ladies, and that was, uh… different for me,” Bryant added. “I’m not that emotional. Neither is Ashley. She was our emotional girl.

Luann de Lesseps is opening up about the dating show she went out earlier this year!

The 59-year-old former Real Housewives of New York City star and three other Housewives took part in a series called Love Hotel, for a few of the franchise’s bachelorettes.

Filmed in Cabo San Lucas in September, the show is set to debut on Peacock in the Spring of 2025.

During a recent appearance on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, Luann dished on the experience, the quality of the men and even revealed most of the ladies found someone.

“I actually find a very interesting guy on that show,” she said. “Much to my surprise.”

The guys, Luann says, were “heavily vetted, and I was amazed that they brought around such good looking, successful guys. I actually met somebody that I really like.”

Shannon’s castmate Luann de Lesseps recently shared some exciting details about the show and noted that it was a success because she met a great man.

However, the Rhony alum wasn’t the only one who found a match in the series; she noted that three of the four single women also found love.
