Continuity

The Burnside character was introduced as an ATF agent, but later in the movie when our heroes invaded the remote airstrip, Burnside proclaimed he was the FBI.
In the final gunfight scene, McQuade shoots a man, at close range, with his shotgun. When the man falls to the ground, the shirt area where he was shot is completely intact.
When McQuade's new partner is chasing him on the dirt road his windshield cracks. In a later shot the windshield is intact.
After Snow got pulled out of his burning vehicle and thrown due to the following explosion of the tank-truck we can clearly see his glasses on the lying on the ground, which remains there as McQuade throws him into his car and drives off. The very next scene, after they stopped on another location, he gets dragged, meant for his interrogation, but this time he is wearing his glasses.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

When McQuade pulls Snow from the burning truck, and begins to carry him away in a "fireman's carry," he is twisted up on his side with his arm pulled behind him. When the camera changes angles, he is being carried correctly.

When he pulled Snow from the truck, he was just trying to get him clear, not worrying about correct form.. After getting him safe, he adjusted his "fireman's carry" correctly.
When McQuade is buried alive inside his truck by the construction plow, it is pushed into the hole facing forwards. Later when McQuade drives out his truck is turned around facing forwards again.

Holes don't have a front and back. Since he obviously didn't U-turn underground, he drove out the same way the truck was facing when it was buried.
In the first scene the way McQuade holds the scope changes between shots.

Using a handheld riflescope as a telescope is difficult. He was trying for the best image he could get. The amazing part is how steady he was able to hold it.

Revealing mistakes

When Wilkes orders the gunman to kill Snow, the gunman uses an Uzi and fires several rounds. When McQuade arrives, there's only one bullet wound in Snow's body.

Miscellaneous

When Kayo accesses the military's central computer system there are numerous spelling mistakes. Words like "projectile" and "penetrating" are grossly misspelled & not just typical typos as well as other misspellings including abbreviations.
At 11:52 A live accident happen between a blue car hitting a van from behind at the intersection.

Character error

Ranger McQuade has a beard as do several other Rangers shown during the film. Rangers and Troopers are not allowed to have any facial hair whatsoever.

Lone Wolves do what they want.
When McQuade and Jackson are flying over the desert, McQuade says: There are no roads up here, just as they're flying over a dirt road.
Burnside is established as being a member of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), but during the raid on Wiles' compound, he announces himself as "FBI".
