An Innocent Love

I was also an extra. Twice in the race scene and in a hallway. I have seen the whole movie on youtube.

I was an extra in this movie, but this was long before VCRs, so I never got a copy. Love to find a way to get a DVD or tape... Any ideas on how to order a copy So, the movie was very interesting to be in. I was in college, and this was an interesting way to spend spring break. One seen I'd like to see again is a hallway shot. I'm in both ends of the hallway - with and without a coat on - in the background. They filmed the scene from one angle with all the extras walking the hall behind, then had us all put on or take off coats, then move around to the other end of the hall for the reverse shot... anyways, seems I've filled up the 10 required lines. So let me know about how to get this movie.

Doug McKeon, Melissa Sue Anderson, Rocky Bauer did a very nice job with their characters in this movie! It's when you meet your first huge crush and the how all the awkwardness and innocence of that first encounter especially if the one is a bit older! This was originally a made for TV movie done in 1982, but it's a feel good movie for a lazy weekend afternoon that you can put on and not be afraid of any member of the family watching it! Thought it may be a bit dated, by today's standards, it's still a very wholesome and just nice movie that you can sit around the TV with and just enjoy and relive the memories!

This is a coming of age film with a genius, who at 14, is already a junior in college.

This film explores the problem of accelerated children developing socially. It is nicely done.

Of course, our 14 year old falls in love with the young lady who he is tutoring and is asked to have her not do well on a final exam so that she will not transfer out.

What makes the film so good is the maturity level that our genius matures to. People who are older don't even show such maturity. This is well-worth viewing.

This is a wonderful film. It moves slowly and surely. There is no last-minute crazed finale. You get what you think you are getting: an innocent, tender love story. I highly recommend it.
