This is one of those films when you just can't believe what you see on the screen during the movie, when it ends you laugh for some time about how awful that film was and the next day you forget all about it.
This movie is a proof that porno should be on film, not on video. The fact it was shot on film adds so much to the porno scenes, it is actually pleasant to watch.
Bad quality of this C-movie can't hide some deep observations and conclusions of human, both male and female, psyche. The desperation of man in boring modern society, search of forbidden, of pleasures and adrenalin excitement, is a main theme here. But the low quality of the movie is ruining it, there is a lot of potential wasted.
And the movie is definitely not a thriller or a horror. It's a porn with a story, a very vague one.
Worth seeing once. In best case scenario - at some point of your life you will be able to mention the fact you've seen it, people will jealous and you will feel good about yourself.

This is not nearly as repulsive film as some reviews would suggest. Actually it is quite interesting, and even funny, sad and beautiful. I think Vibenius has made some deep movies (I'm talking about "Thriller-En grym film" and this). And I'm pretty sure he hasn't got too much understanding, or even very many attempts to understand these films.
Everything is good, both the insides (atmosphere) and the outsides (technicalities) of the film. It's nicely shot, the music is very good, acting is good, people are interesting, overally it has a strong and whole atmosphere. The ideas/script are very good also.
It's funny that in these two movies Vibenius also shows, how differently you can, or COULD, do "hardcore porn": In "Thriller" those scenes were quite dull and ugly, but in here some scenes are nearer to "love making" than regular "porn".
And what comes to the directors "comments" towards psychology: Unfortunately all the "expert statements" that we hear in this movie are direct citations from the leading figures of psychology (in the last century). Vibenius just lets these authorities speak for themselves.
Some scenes are harder to understand than others. And very provocative. Maybe some scenes could have even been left out. I'm mainly talking bout the "candyman" scene, although nothing even happens there. But it's hard to condemn this man (I mean the film's main character), because it's hard to even know are the things shown here reality or just pictures flashing in his bored mind.
The main character seems to have quite a dream conditions in his workplace, it almost makes me jealous... Which brings to my mind: I think the girls in this film are refreshingly normal looking.
I would add to the title of this film ("Pornographic Thriller") one word: PSYCHOLOGICAL Pornographic Thriller. That would describe it quite well. It's a thriller that happens in the mind. However, this is not a film for everybody. At least not for the "faint-hearted". Whoever that may be.

Described as a 'pornographic thriller' and made the year after the same director's Thriller- A Cruel Picture, this mad concoction makes less sense but is somehow more likable. An odd word to use, I guess, as this includes scenes of rape, murder, necrophilia, the picking up of a young girl, arson and firing atomic bullets! Never did work out what the guns were all about but the director certainly likes them, almost as much as setting things ablaze and hardcore sex, all with a sense of humour. There doesn't seem to be much logic to the tale as the main protagonist moves from rapist to opportunist and then to contemplating paedophilia before loading up his other shooter for the finale. But if the rather erotic scenes and almost surreal touches make up for the odd lapses, whose complaining?
a bizarre film for sure! I feel the director certainly had artful intentions despite the lurid happenings. whenever we see the protagonist at work he is doing the most boring job imaginable - fold a sheet of paper, stamp it, sign it, move on to the next. in comparison to his work, his extra curricular activities are based around sexual violence and indeed violence in general. perhaps the director was trying to show that people leading boring everyday lives wish they could do something, anything to relieve the tedium, desperate to break the rules of their society just for once... as if to convince themselves that they really do matter and can make a difference.

Another masterpiece from the alltime favourite director Bo Arne Vibenius! We all know his skills from "Thriller- a cruel picture" and he´s not letting us down with this one either! The film might be about a frustrated (or very liberal, or simply stark raving mad)office clerk, who has sex (or think he has ) with all the women he encounters. He also get to be triggerhappy and wreak havoc a bit, whilst foundling bussoms and playing with his toytrain. The soundtrack is fantastic, and will leave you humming the main theme for weeks(If I´m not mistaken, it´s the main theme from "The third man"...)! Wanna get confused? Pick up a copy and blaze away... It´s Brilliant!!
