In my opinion, this is the least bad Uuno Turhapuro film and the least bad of Ere Kokkonen's directorial efforts. I'm not calling it 'the best' as that would sound far too positive. By any standard, the movie is absolutely dreadful. However, if one must acquaint themselves with the so-called Finnish humor of the 1970s, this is far from the worst option. That said, if no such obligation exists, it's best to skip this film altogether, it certainly won't leave you feeling good, and at best it might provoke a bit of schadenfreude.
In any case that's more than an hour of life you'll never get back but to be honest there are several worse ways to spend that time.
