Run-of-the-mill , full of action , tongue-in-cheek Euro-spy movie with usual components : pursuits , crossfire , struggles , strange artifacts , international conspiracy , explosive women and other tippings that used to show up in the genre . Dealing with a two-fisted ex-con and obstinate thief named Rex Monroe (Roger Browne) must allude the state authorities and the international underworld as he attempts to locate a stash of jewelry robbed by a mysterious organitation led by Ethel (Evelyn Stewart) and Vladek (Umberto Raho) who're attempting to create a lethal ray with aim to destroy world greatest cities .

While Sergio Grieco was a good Italian artesan who made a lot of adventures, action and thrillers movies as ¨Sergeant Klems¨, ¨SOS agent 017¨, ¨The mysterious swordsman¨ , ¨Lucrezia Borgia¨, ¨La regina dei Tartaro¨, ¨Il Capitano di Ferro¨, ¨Pirates of the Black Hawk¨ and several others.
