Interesting newsreel documentary

I enjoyed this. A look at history Why the US reacts the way they do and how events that don't seem to "matter much" in the short term, can have devasting effects, if not dealt with, in the long term. The cliche "Those who don't KNOW history are doomed to repeat it" is illustrated over and over here. On top of that, the newsreel is chockful of video clips from the 40s and 50s so you can see how life was during that time. It's a great history lesson which isn't taught much anymore: something everybody should take the time to dig this forgotten history lesson up and view it. History is not irrelevant.
