Zusammenfassungen

  • Tarzan acts as a guide for two British government agents recently arrived in Africa to secure a great cache of diamonds for the English military. However, the agents are not what they seem.
  • Tarzan's cousin comes to Africa in hopes that Tarzan will help him secure a fortune in diamonds essential to England's military security. The cousin is immediately killed off by his guide Rokov who persuades Edwards to impersonate the cousin. Joey (Boy's substitute) was used by natives as crocodile bate until Tarzan rescued him.—Ed Stephan <stephan@cc.wwu.edu>
  • When two men arrive at Tarzan and Jane's jungle home, one of them claims to be Tarzan's cousin, Greystoke. He and his traveling companion Roskov have the diary belonging to Tarzan's father and it tells of a great cache of diamonds belonging to a remote tribe. They convince Jane that they need to get control of those diamonds for industrial use and for the future of England. They travel over mountains and across an arid desert and have to battle the natives who control the diamonds. Unbeknown to them however is the fact that the man claiming to be Tarzan's cousin is an impostor and he and Roskov want the diamonds for their own personal gain.—garykmcd
  • Posing as Tarzan's English cousin, Oliver Greystoke, the traitorous Englishman, Edwards, and his unscrupulous Russian agent accomplice, Rokov, enlist the help of Tarzan to secure uncut diamonds for England's military industry. Reluctantly, the lord of the jungle, along with the orphaned American boy, Joey, decides to lend a hand and guides the team through a scorching desert, unforgiving, cannibal-ridden territory and the land of the noble Waziri warriors. However, the road to the coveted gems is long and perilous, and there's more to Tarzan's new companions than meets the eye. Can mighty Tarzan give the impostors a taste of his savage fury and save helpless Jane from certain death?—Nick Riganas
  • Tarzan and Jane take adolescent Joey Martin under their wing, he recently orphaned when his American missionary parents died in a lion attack which he witnessed, who didn't want to return to the mission, and who aspires to be just like Tarzan despite his fear. Following, Tarzan meets his cousin, Lord Oliver Greystoke, and his guide, Rokov, who are in Africa partly on safari. But their primary reason in being in Africa was to search out Tarzan for him to be their introduction to the savage Wazuri tribe in order to obtain their cache of diamonds, which Greystoke wants to use for England's national defense purposes. Despite the inherent dangers and his initial reluctance, Tarzan is convinced by Jane to help them, in order for the security of their native country. What Tarzan and Jane don't know is that the man calling himself Greystoke is not who he says he is in he really being Rokov's lackey, a man named Edwards, Rokov who had earlier killed the real Greystoke, and Rokov and Edwards who are planning on absconding with the diamonds for their own nefarious purposes. As such, Tarzan, Jane and Joey may be more in danger from especially Rokov than they are from the Wazuri.—Huggo
