This film's earliest documented telecasts took place in New York City Wednesday 19 July 1950 on WPIX (Channel 11), and in Los Angeles Friday 5 January 1951 on KTTV (Channel 11).
The film was many in 1930 to feature a substantial number of crowd scenes. A February 22, 1930, article in the Los Angeles Evening Post-Record reported that the film had employed 3000 throughout the month of January, and that the number was expected to grow to 10,000 before the film wrapped (a highly unlikely claim).
