Never knew of this film or the idea this film is trying to show.. So for me it was a new thing to learn.. And am sure that was the intention of the director.. And has really succeeded in it.. Good realistic performances by all.. More power to the team..

Good Movie. Everybody acted very well in the movie. The movie was interesting at 1st half but the movie lagged at 2nd half. The movie did not given conclusions to many problems in the movie. The climax in the movie was not acceptable. Good Movie.

Excellent movie. The movie was made in a simple way highlighting one of major issues in modern day era- Mercy Killing . Although, it is perfectly legal in some countires, it is still illegal in India. Excellent acting by the cast of the movie and the ending was unexpected . Very good movie and excellent script.

A must watch movie . Very well made and very realistic.

Even though the police has the evidence to convict them for the crime they can't still justice is a practical joke in india not in film in reality also it's the same thing

A beautifully constructed rare gem of a tamil film with an amazing cast and story. Very different and highly recommended.

Story is very powerful, yet simple setting. Acting and screenplay are amazing. Raises uneasy questions about mercy killing.... Shines light on how loveless people can be.

Kudos to the team

A film that pains you. It brings into fore the movies of the 70's and 80's on sons (if not daughters) who grow up to not just ignore their parents but destroy them within and thus in every way.

The film is about an old man who has an accident and then how his son treats him while at the same time how his nephews treat him but that's the story begins when this old man dies.

A simple film, made with some wonderful raw acting. The film doesn't divert anyway from what the story is and hence a very good screenplay. As for the film, though short in time, it does feel like a short film lengthened to make into a feature length. It doesn't make me feel the worthiness of the 'national award' given to this film yet that doesn't make me disagree of the humble drama that has been portrayed.

I watched it on Amazon Prime. Do watch it. It is sad that such a film has so little reviews.

I have no idea why Tamil directors are too obsessed with caste oppression subjects. Even in the story of Baaram that doesn't demand any caste based depiction but director cleverly incorporated his agenda in a rather subtle way. The movie is too long and dragged at some point. Cinematography is dull.
