Interesting tho factual mistakes & horrible narrator

If this was made by a High School class project I would cut them some slack. It plays like a High School project. There are several factual mistakes such as Florence Lawrence being the actual first movie star. Every silent movie enthusiast knows this. Look it up.

Much of the old film (not movie) footage is much later than what is being discussed at a given time in this documentary.

Another problem is the narrator who is supposed to be the voice of Douglas Fairbanks. Doesn't sound at all (from available samples) like him. The narrator also often lacks real emotion.

Last problem is what they miss or chose to ignore.

I am rating this documentary a 5 out of 10. Probably being too generous.
