Described as Britain's "Roswell", the mysterious lights and events witnessed by many US Air Force personnel and civilians, spanned several evenings; and the Capel Green incident was by far the most intriguing. A cold case from four decades ago, the film researches and analyses new evidence as well as previously unseen original documents. Larry and many other military witnesses have fought for the justice and truth behind these incidents, battling the press, the military units served, as well as scrutiny from the general public. The film talks to the many military and civilian witnesses involved, some whom have never spoken on camera before, and takes the time to analyse the facts, documents and evidence behind what really occurred, and questions why these incidents did not follow the standard investigation procedures by authorities. Capel Green has studied the witness testimony closely and created realistic dramatisation scenes to accurately bring the truth to life with carefully written scenes and visual effects components.
