Horrible ending. To many loose ends, no explanation of anyting.

I know less about this movie than I did before starting it. Honestly, waste of time.

From the awful drone in the background throughout the film, to the too quiet to hear dialog, to the utter lack of a cohesive story line, this is a MUST miss! I want my wasted time back!

The first 15 minutes actually had a story and characters, but afterthat we are looking on 50 minutes of things happening without rhyme or reason.

It is almost as they started with an unfinished script, and then the xcriptwriter went on a world tour and left the filmcrew in the dust, with lot of film to finish, without a story.

I have nothing against surreal movies with symbolism and religious themes, but this movie failed even that. Massive waste of time and money.

It really was a waste of time. There is no flow from scenes, the music does not match the feel of the scenes. Honestly would NOT recommend it.

Made no sense to me ....who knows maybe it has a meaning that if you watch it high or wasted you get it .....otherwise stuff happen for no reason with no explanation

Nothing about this movie made any sense at all. All throughout I caught myself saying, "Wait, what?" No questions answered, no details explained, and no ending at all.

It just stops.

I was hoping for a new movie that involved some good post rapture Scifi (since this movie is set 7 years after the rapture) but there was nothing. It didn't even have anything to do with Christianity or the Bible which is where the idea of the rapture comes from. I was expecting to AT LEAST roll my eyes at some preaching. Nope... nothing.

This movie had literally no point, reason, or story to it.

Ugh. Baffling film, don't waste your time. Can't think of single thing that was good about it, not even any gratuitous t&a.

This movie pushes the limits in storytelling, in a very creative way. The main character is going through a personal process of which he is willing risk everything in his current Life. The reason I can see that many people do not "like" this movie, is because it is challenging them to think and piece together what is going on.

This movie is highly symbolic and relies too heavily on symbolism and too little on moving the plot along in a rational fashion. There is a story here but it feels lost between all the images of lifelines, baptism, burial, death, rebirth, faith, and VHS tapes. I suppose the good tape is a modern version of the good word, but I would have picked Betamax.

If only there was an Academy Award category for most nonsensical movie... I have had fever-induced dreams that were less bizzare, not to mention more intersting. I still have to give it a 2 though for some decent acting, music and nice scenery, even if all that stuff accomplishes to do is to make this turd of a movie a little more shiny.

I must not be worthy of the door because I didn't understand this movie, one bit! It started off as 7 years after the Rapture. The direction of the movie, after that, just went all over the place. More like an acid trip, than finding Jesus, which is the real door!

If you value your sanity, give it a miss. Acting is poor, story line is very poor. Background music is too loud. Even the door is rubbish.

Nothing really happens or is explained. Then you realize you're 20 minutes into the movie and you still have zero idea what's going on. Almost like it puts you into a trance, and that's not a good thing.

Pulled the plug after 20 mins, read reviews here and found out I'm never going to find out the point of this film.

I was watching this film and had no idea what is happening the entire time, think about it in 73 minutes you could play a game of monopoly with your family and it would be much more fun, than a guy looking for a door with no plot, explanation, story line, decisions. Honestly I would have more fun just thinking about a funny joke my friend said the other day, PLEASE DONT WATCH THIS IS YOU VALUE THIS 1 HOUR OF YOUR LIFE.

It wanted to be a symbolic film of the struggles, self descovery, finding a higher meaning, your journey through life. Problem, it went way too far and became utter nonsense.it was impossible to actually understand what the really journey was (on a spiritual level). Some parts were severable like life lines and at the end grass isn't always greener on the other side (at least I think that was the moral at the end) . But really not with anyone's time.

A good representation of early 2021. We're all looking for the door to normalcy at this precipice to post-covid life. Will we find it? What is on the other side?

Para quem busca um filme hollywood, blockbuster, vai se decepcionar. O final é aberto e o filme tem constantes flashbacks. Se passa quase todo em uma atmosfera de sonho. Parece muito uma versão simplificada de Stalker do Tarkovski, se você gosta desse tipo de filme vai se interessar por esse.

Didn't know what was happening. Couldn't finish the movie.

Don't bother it's rubbish absolute waste of time.leaves town wonders round a desert gets buried finds door goes through the end.

It might be considered waste of time for people who has not been through the self journey of their own..but the idea of the movie is actually very interesting, also quite abstract therefore it maybe could not reflect the plot very well and the acting was so so.. yet I suggest for people to watch it, not to enjoy a movie but to understand our attitude towards life in general!

I managed to watch the whole thing though maybe i should have just turned it off. Had to read online to figure out what it was supposed to be about - then it turns out no, I did follow, is just mostly incoherent. Worst part is. The premise of the story seems cool, but I've made up better extemporaneous bedtime stories on worse premises.
