The entire time I felt like I was watching a presentation of Judd Apatow's career by Judd Apatow. Like a live autobiography. The odd thing is----it's all very very generic. He's not saying anything I haven't really already heard from other comics. The cuts between the bits are really odd to me and doesn't feel very natural or authentic. I just wish he was digging deeper instead of the "how do you feel about..." "have you ever heard of...." "are we all watching...." "kids these days...."

I think this would be more fun live rather than recorded.

I laughed out loud throughout and even peed a little. An honest, genuinly nice man, husband and father sharing hilarious stories with great pathos and comic timing.

It was fairly bland (though he kept a good rhythm) until he made it into a big Trump/political statement thing about halfway through it. Then it was actively bad.

I'm surprised at how many people didn't like this special. If you are a big fan of Judd Apatow, you will love this. Every joke had my bf and I cracking up laughing. His relationship with his wife and his daughters is very relatable and also hilarious.

Judd Apatow writes and directs some of the best film out there but this standup was just not all that funny.

It left me a good feeling. Especially if you have fear of speaking in public, you will relate to the end of the show. This was a great watch, thank you!
