1) TECHNICALLY: Documentary doesn't consult the opinion of doctors and it is limited to experiences of a group of people. Music is nearly never used and there isn't any animation or informative graphics as far as I am concerned. Narrative way is boring and sometimes I had to stop and concentrate again to watch the rest of it. It sometimes gets off the point.
2) THOUGHTS ABOUT CONTENT: Documentary doesn't rebut any scientific research on baked vegetables, rather it focuses potential benefits of raw food diet and experiences of people. It is right in a sense that junk food and processed food are harmful for our health and this has been already proven. However, switching to raw diet may cause some digestion problems due to potential risk of bacteria and fertilizer residual on vegetable and fruit. Another question is that, how can we eat in outdoor? While even vegetarian restaurants're still hard to find and they're expensive, how can we sustain this kind of raw diet and what can we eat after 2 months has passed? Probably, it will be a circle of the same meals after 2 months due to lack of enough variety of nutrients or expense. I have maden my decision on that negative health effects outweighs the potential benefits of raw diet. Documentary failed to make audience believe that raw diet is healthier.

It would be great comedy but someone might believe the nonsense put forth here. Evidently, eating raw foods cures cancer! Watch it if you must but be warned. Decades ago somebody coined the term psycho babble I guess we can call this bio babble.
This doc shares crucial perspectives on health that people need more of. Don't expect scientific jargon, this in an informative experience based film derived from tangible human experiences. Orally transferred knowledge about loving ourselves enough to care what we eat, and do, and how that transfers into an abundance of energy and health to put forward that same care into ourselves tenfold, then the community and the natural world!
These previous reviews are egotistical. The people depicted are white, totally, the producers writers and directors however are Latina. And they accredit ancient ways of eating, giving the body nutrients that is universal knowledge from EVERYONES ancestors. There are no fancy animations used, I do like how they highlight certain phrases in floating subtitles.
