Hope

I am a great advocate for physical media and video stores, where you can rent stuff. One was always able to find a raw diamond waiting to be discovered. But with them almost gone entirely (some may even have to search for what a video store is, because they don't know it), it has fallen to streaming services to deliver the goods.

And there it is, where I found this. I wouldn't call it a masterpiece (some might not even look at it, since it was made for TV apparently), but it is a well done thriller, with a lead performance that is quite enganging. She may not be always on top of things (no pun intended), but she sure can engage the audience and make us root for her in her journey. Well done thriller with some interesting twists and turns and powerhouse central performance
