Good Guys clean out the Bad Guys, with much dissension and betrayal constantly dogging Our Heroes, You've seen this all before, but probably not in Albania
Good acting and top-level action very admirably produced for a budget film, For all intents and purposes the plot is over 2/3 of the way thru, so don't expect any surprises after that, just non-stop action thru the end

Very bad english dialogue accent, guessable classic story, too many weird music played in background, boring fights, unrealistic gun holding

Not a mile away from being your Typical cops & robbers fare, but refreshingly different from the usual formulaic crime movies out of the States... its Well acted & watchable but clearly madev on a budget.. it's a movie I'll probably watch again though, so I give it a 6/10...
Police planned an event that involves a gang with guns and no one wears a bulletproof vest. If you understand the stupidity of the previous line, DO NOT watch this movie, it indicates one of many things that is wrong with this movie. If the first line does not bother you...then watch.
It feels like a 90s movie. Primitive plot, disgusting game of actors. It feels like reading dialogues on a piece of paper. A provincial theater studio would do better.
As a person from Russia I'll say - Kutsenko is already just tired. A primitive actor, which is once again confirmed in this film.
Budget: $ 2,000,000. Cumulative Worldwide Gross: $ 2,548! What else to add to this?
William Kaufman is one of my favorites B-movie director working nowadays because he really knows how to bring the fun out of a cliche storyline with his long shootout scenes and a good cast and I'm pleased to announce that The Brave (2019) his latest project is also a ton of fun and look way better than most low-budget Cops 'n' Crooks right now. There are many shootout scenes in this movie just like I expected and although the CG blood may look bad the shootout still very easy to track plus an excellent performance from both Louis Mandylor and Armand Assante make this movie more worth watching in my opinion

One of the best low budget (2m) internationally produced B-grade films I've seen, and better than some of the recent Hollywood blockbusters with A-list actors. I wasn't expecting much going into this film but was pleasantly surprised. This film had no Hollywood flair in it at all; simple yet effective scenes, excellent choreographed action sequences with realistic fight/bullet wounds, and no over-hyped unconvincing scenarios.
This film is based on true events and was filmed primarily in Albania and Bulgaria, and thus the international setting was a refreshing change. The score was sheer perfection and maintained constant tension throughout the entire film.
Novice director William Kaufman was fairly impressive with this film, although I could have done without the shaky-cam moments. Otherwise his camera work and directing his cast was amazing. The cinematography and color choices where perfect for this films setting and story.
The first-ever writing/screenplay debut by Marco Balsamo was outstanding, who was also cast and produced this film. The pacing was perfect and the 103 min length flew by with the constant suspense of the story.
Louis Mandylor shined in his role and was convincing throughout. It was great to see Armand Assante, and he did fit his characters role, but I did have trouble understanding some of his dialogue. The rest of the cast also performed quite well, especially since I've never seen or heard of them.
An all around excellent suspenseful film I found very realistic and produced excellently. A well deserved 8/10 from me, and if anyone is questioning this review as being fake, click on my user name and you will see my 1000+ ratings and 600+ reviews.

Wow this is boring. Dialogue so hard to follow, acting is pretty poor too. Typical Netflix filler. A waste of nearly 2 hours. Proper poor film. Go watch 12th Man on Netflix instead, utterly awe inspiring.

Not too bad on the action scenes...
Story line is practically below average.
Acting wise is below average

The opening scene was great. After that it was pretty hard to follow who is who and what is happening, not impossible but hard enough that I was bored. It also seemed to jump around a little so that the story was broke. Anyway I was hopeful as I really like the two stars Armand and Louis.

This is a good little thriller. The story is logical. The action is gripping and realistic. The characters are given depth with a little backstory, and even the villain has some personality. However, there's some pacing issues at times. The fact that it's set in Albania it's quite refreshing. The end fight sequences are very entertaining and well staged. The cast performance is good. The technical elements contribute and complement the narrative well. What more could you possibly ask from this ordinary action flick.
Also known as "The Brave". This Albanian film is about the attempt to oust organized crime from an evolving Albania and the police headlining this challenge. Louis Mandylor stars and is strong as an American educated police officer who is undercover. Armand Assante is hyperbolic in his role as an Italian mobster in Albania. It's watchable action.

Okay, I really enjoyed this movie. I would say it's action/thriller. Awesome twist. If you're looking for action then movie is your movie.

A very nice movie. Events take turns 360 degrees at certain moments, which makes the movie more attractive. This film shows a part of reality in Albania, the dark side of reality. Although with a low budget, this film has been a great achievement.

To make a movie about Lazarat etc in sofia Bulgaria with slavic actors is a slight insult and ill-thought production.

Action was okay and realistic but the police procedures were awful. No plan, no recon, and no adequate back-up to all the police/drug guys action scenes. AND Armand portrays an Italian? OMG! Plus is gut is hanging over his belt and probably had to take rest breaks between the action scenes. Don't bother with this even though others rated this better than my ONE STAR.
It's a fun blast for a B FILM.
Nothing new except based in Albania with English speaking actors mostly from Hollywood and few from Russia, shot in Albania but not funded by Albania production all main actors aren't Albania but playing as Albanian characters, only Albania actors were the police armd forces and the extras.
I would say should had brought Albanian speaking actors too do the job instead non related Albania actors🇺🇲🇷🇺. Just I think it would had been more Albanian, if they brought Albanian speaking actors. I'm not Albanian for your information just would prefer native tongue like when the romans spoken posh English in Gladiator because everyone knows the Romans were British.

It is an action movie with a low budget of around 2 milion dollars. I dont think anyone else could do this movie better than this way.

Honestly, I didn't think I will be so thrill by this e movie. I have know more about Albania than before even though it is not an history movie. The cinematography, the story, the shooting all makes for great scenery.
The film lacks the Hollywood feel and that's so refreshing.
