The Viscount of Druitt is a reoccurring character in the series who Ciel and Sebastian met at one of his parties. Ciel becomes embarrassed and slightly afraid of him when he is around because when Ciel first encountered the Viscount, Ciel was in disguise as a girl who the Viscount kidnapped and put up at a human trafficking auction.

'Sebby-chan' is a name Grell made up for Sebastian when hey first met. It is most likely that Greek never referred to Sebastian by his real name so the other reapers would only know of him as 'Sebby-chan'. This would confuse Sebastian because he has never seen Ronald before and until this point the name was only used by Grell.

The Undertaker is a reoccurring character who is a friend of Ciel's family. He is London's main undertaker and provides other characters with nessicary information if they give him payment which is making him laugh.

William T. Spears is the supervisor of the soul collections department of the Reaper dispatch association and is a reoccurring character in the series.
