Olaf teams up with Sven on a merry mission. It's the first holiday season since the gates reopened, and Anna and Elsa host a celebration for all of Arendelle. When the townspeople unexpectedly leave early to enjoy their individual holiday customs, the sisters realize they have no family traditions of their own. So, Olaf sets out to comb the kingdom to bring home the best traditions and save this first Christmas for his friends.

Nice short film for Christmas.

Olaf the snowman goes in search of Christmas traditions to cheer up Elsa and Anna.

Have no fear that this is merely a cash-in for the Frozen franchise. They got the whole cast back, the animation is just as good, the joke count is the same and the songs are good.

Twenty minute full-of-cheer story well worth the price when you see it in the bargain tub.

I liked, '..and you dress up its corpse with candles.'

Ignore the bad reviews

But seriously, ignore them, this short doesn't deserve it. Just because it was before Coco and it was 20 minutes long doesn't make it a bad short. It was a fun watch, songs were nice and catchy, and it almost made me tear up. Really recommend watching this if you've watched the first movie.

Better than Frozen

Olaf and Sven are the best things about Frozen so I loved this short story about finding out about Cristmas traditions and starting your own.

Let this short stand on its own. Being in front of Coco doesn't make it bad

I really think this shirt is getting unfairly bad reviews because it was shown in front of Coco. It was too long to be put there and Disney should have stuck with their plans to originally broadcast it on TV. If it was done this way, I believe more people would have found it a delightful Christmas show and allow it to stand on it later own merits. WTH that, I think it is a great children's movie. My 5 and 2 YOs loves it and continue to sing the songs. I am personally a little over the whole "Elsa is sad she ruined something again" and everyone runs around trying to make her feel better. We've forgotten Anna is the main character. But I still did enjoy the short. Getting to see more of the people of Arendelle was a treat and the songs were fun. Sven and Olaf are a god pair. I just wish there was more of Kristoff and moments between him and Anna. Disney also missed two golden opportunities- a kiss between Kristoff and Anna under the mistletoe and Kristoff asking what happened to his sled at the end of the movie or during the credits.
