The worst show ever from Georgia since 2009 and it ripped off The Simpsons which is way better than this, it's my 9th least favorite show next to Bubble Guppies and Blaze And The Monster Machines, thank god i never watched a single episode of this show or else it would be wasting my time.
While I'm not one to easily dismiss a new show, I must admit that The Samsonadzes left me feeling quite underwhelmed. It's certainly not the worst television program I've ever encountered, but it falls far short of the quality and originality I expect from contemporary animation.
The show's reliance on familiar tropes and its obvious similarities to The Simpsons make it feel uninspired and derivative. The characters are one-dimensional and predictable, and the storylines are often recycled from other animated sitcoms. While there are occasional moments of humor, they are few and far between, and the overall tone of the show is rather bland.
One of the most disappointing aspects of The Samsonadzes is its lack of innovation. The animation style is competent but unremarkable, and the voice acting is serviceable but not particularly memorable. The show's creators seem content to simply rehash old ideas and formulas, rather than trying to push the boundaries of the genre.
It's a shame, as there are so many other, more creative and original animated shows out there worth watching. The Samsonadzes is a missed opportunity, and it's unlikely to make a lasting impact on the television landscape.

The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of Georgian culture, most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Gela's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from the typical struggles of the average Georgian working man. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realize that they're not just funny - they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence, people who dislike The Samsonadzes truly ARE idiots - of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in the out-of-place hyperrealistic depiction of Brad Pitt in episode 3, which itself is a self-deprecating reference to the show's own lack of budget. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Shalva Ramishvili's genius unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools... how I pity them. 😂 And yes by the way, I DO have a Samsonadzes tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only - and even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.
Visually, the show exhibits a distinctive aesthetic that adds to its appeal. The animation style, while drawing comparisons to global counterparts like "The Simpsons," incorporates unique Georgian elements that set it apart. The vibrant colors, detailed settings, and character designs resonate with the cultural identity of the show's origins. This blend of local and global influences creates an artistic language that is both familiar and innovative.
The "Samsonadzes" also showcases the beauty of humor as a universal language. While its cultural references are deeply rooted in Georgia, its themes and comedic timing transcend borders. Laughter is a unifying force, and the show's humor connects people from different backgrounds. This show ended my depression this show, made me meet my wife and kids.
