Because of concerns over the COVID pandemic, one actor decided to leave the production early which caused a mid-shoot rewrite. The character was killed off, changing the ending of the film in significant ways.
The COVID pandemic became a major concern during production of this film which took place during March of 2020. A twenty day production scheduled was eventually shortened to seventeen days to ensure the film would be finished before a shut down occurred.
