What a waste of talent. I enjoyed Gutfeld on "Red Eye;" I enjoy watching him on "The Five" and think that he is the most reasoned and intelligent member of that cast. I have read and enjoyed several of his books.
This show was a stinker. I can only hope that Fox will shred this format and start over again, or just sink it completely and find something else for Gutfeld to do before his career crashes (again.) He is not helping Joanne Nosuchinsky's career either. She is clever and witty on Red Eye, and I suspect pretty bright since she seemed to do some of the writing for that show. She was attractive as always, but not shown to good advantage in this show. ------TIME PASSES------
The show has been on for awhile, and some changes have been made. I have raised my vote to a 5, because there have been improvements. The show still is incredibly uneven; the Liberal Panel is stupid and a poor imitation of the newspaper on Red Eye, mostly because Bill Schulz isn't behind it. Gutfeld needed more people on the show, but it still is, or appears to be, too scripted. Gutfeld has the dubious distinction of ruining two shows, Red Eye by leaving, and this show by arriving. Joanne, look for something more deserving of your talent. -------TIME PASSES--------
Okay, I have kept watching; more changes have been made to the format, and I have raised my vote to 7 (I would go for 7 ½, if I could.) There are more guests, sometimes too many, and not always used to good advantage, and the last few episodes have had a live audience. I think having that reaction might be helping. The show has improved a great deal, but there still is room for improvement, as with most things. Getting better all the time, and I am hopeful, even optimistic.

He started out great then decided he wanted to be a comedy show. He hired the WORST, Joe DiVito, Joe Macchi, Jimmy Failla(?) & now some guy from Alaska. These guys are just low class, low talent 'comedians' who add nothing but stupid facial expressions & purposely ugly jackets to the show . The beauty in his show has been the guests who you see mostly out of character (Tulsi Gabbard) who are smart , topical, & funny. These losers & the stupid (not even SNL worthy) skits have destroyed the show. Now he added a new guy in a lumberjack shirt - another 'comedian'

This show always keeps you in giggles. I love that this show is not overly political in its topics, it's more about Pop Culture and what headlines are trending. I love all the different opinions on everything! Wrestler Tyrus and comidian Kat Temph are a really funny duo. The videos Greg plays are better then most skits on late night tv interviews. Also, Greg Gutfeld isn't scripted like other late night host, everyone is able to go off topic if they want to (which happens a lot). Dems, republicans and libertarians are all able to enjoy this show if you're just watching it to have a laugh.
I look forward to this show every Saturday night. Kat provides the millennial point of view on the political news of the week. Tyrus, who I guess was a pro wrestler, does an amazing job considering his limited experience on talk shows. There is always a couple interchangeable guests on every week who are smartalecs, but I enjoy them Greg is brash but I enjoy listening to his side of things. The show is funny and entertaining and I hope Fox doesn't take it off the air. One of the best talk shows on TV and it doesn't take things too serious.

Even the advertisements for this show were stupid. The show was too scripted and that isn't who Greg Gutfeld is. It was painful for me to watch as I have been a fan of his for a few years. His "Red Eye" talk show worked because it wasn't scripted and showed Greg as his quick-witted self. You didn't hear any of Greg's famous one liners on this show. My advice would be to fire every writer on this show and start again, because I think Greg Gutfeld is worth watching.
Hope Fox takes my advice because a lot of us would like to see Greg back in a vehicle that works for him. And to Greg, cut your losses and move on. I hope Fox gives you creative license to try again.

I guarantee people who dislike this show, can't stand hearing media being flipped on their sheepish heads.. So nice to hear another point of view, rather than Hollywood morons sitting in a circle, clucking, and agreeing with one another... A.K.A. The View.

I don't know what FOX was thinking in letting this stinker go to air. It was like watching paint dry. The talking wall was reminiscent of some old Captain Kangaroo skit. What is next, Greg? Are you next going to resurrect Lamb Chops, or worse, some creepy Alan Colmes-inspired ventriloquist dummy? And this one-man show format is ridiculous. It is like watching Gilligan on the island alone. Please please change this.
What to do? Well just about anything would be an improvement, but please don't continue this witty repartee with your own set-ups, funny animal clips as commentary or anything that was already done, done again and well-done on The Five. Bring some substance to replace the sophomoric writing that was evidenced in the first show. Give us a reason to tune in again.

Loved it. Kayleigh and Dave Rubin are smart and funny. The real-time reviews by Tucker, Dana Perino, and especially Kilmeade were apt: less Greg, more guests. Greg has some pearls but most of his comments are juvenile. He needs to self-edit better. Love Tyrus' realness and Kat's smart and funny nuggets of wisdom.
The skits are hit or miss. Should hire the comics from Babylon Bee.

I have nothing against gay people, but Greg seems to be so flamboyantly obsessed with making remarks about his sexuality that it becomes the focus of the show. He is always making lewd remarks about his personal life, some of them quite nasty, as when he alludes to having sexual relations with underage boys. Whether he is just lampooning himself or confessing to these activities, is hard to tell. He seems to thrive on doing a nonstop parody of gayness,,and his gay speech and mannerisms are off the charts. The format of the show centers on him presiding over a living room setup with couches and plush chairs, and he usually has two regular participants accompanied by two guests. .Greg Guteld has been married for twenty years in real life, but his wife seems quite ambiguous as to her true sexual identity, from the photos. I just think that he is overwhelmed by his gayness... not that there is anything wrong with that.

I really don't understand the people that are calling him "Hilarious" in their reviews. As a parody show his jokes land about as firmly as your average SNL skit. They are mostly not funny, and I associate it with SNL.
SNL strives for left wing clapture instead of actual laughter, Gutfeld does the same for the right. He doesn't seem to be going for actual laughs, he seems to want the applause of agreement.
And what makes it worse is that Tyrus and Temph both laugh at the failed parodies giving you the feeling that they are living, breathing, canned laughter.
It hurts to watch him.

Yes, the skits are bad, but that is the point. They're delivered tongue-in-cheek, and no one on the panel is allowed to take themselves too seriously. Compare to Colbert's cringeworthy song and dance propaganda numbers. It's nice to see a conservative voice in the late night sphere. I also really like the format, with four guests per night, and an entire stable of personalities to occupy the other seats.
I rarely watch this program as the comedy appears to be forced and not humorous in the least. Greg laughs more at his own jokes than anyone else does. In addition, the guests appear isolated mentally and emotionally which elicits a stale tone in communication banter and certainly disrupts any attempts at humor to become fluid and responsive.
Tonight, as I was busy with other tasks and just listening to the program, I was appalled and shocked when Greg tried to create humor using innocent newborn babies in a hospital setting, referring to them in an obscene, inhumane manner - putting them in a freezer? He made other comparisons I tried to forget as I rushed to turn off this distasteful program. Comical? He is a disgusting idiot! I have zero respect for this loser.

How and why is this dude employed. This is actually dumber than the Five. It's like an even more worthless pretend version of the view made for local Canadian free cable tv. We may have hit a cultural nadir in 2019.

Greg is a funny, free wheeling barrel of quirky laughs. If you think SNL is funny, then you're still in the 80's and drunk! No wonder his show beats all in the weekend ratings as well as more. IF you're a partisan hack with no sense of humor, then you'll probably not even give it a spin yet...if you like 'funny' no matter where it comes from that pokes all holes, then you will make this a staple in your viewing diet and get funny fat. Greg has a couple of regular guests and changes the other two with a variety from comedians to musicians. IF you dare to laugh, then I dare you to give Gutfeld's show a spin and I bet after a couple of turns you'll be doing circle jerks each and every week. Don't let the Fox name fool you my fellow Hollywoodites, this is some Good Schiff!

Pretty low brow humor with not much thought or cleverness. Not funny, learn nothing, and a time waster. It would be different if the show was not funny but intelligent, this show is more like high school level writing.
Gutfield can't really deliver a joke and comes across ignorant of the subject he is talking about. All he does is feed red meat to the far right who are probably the only ones that think he's funny.
His crew that have to provide sounds of laughter, sound so fake and cued up. His guests also have to chuckle at his jokes otherwise it would be just be silence as he blathers on and on!

This show has been taking good/funny jabs at everyone in the 2016 election. From what I've seen, Trump, Cruz, Hillary, Bernie and others have all been fair game on this show. I wonder if the live audience is a bunch of drunk conservatives. The jokes that Joanne and Katherine make definitely make me feel like I'm at a bar talking politics (too bad I can't buy them drinks!!!)
I was ready for Gutfeld to give long rants against the left, but the show develops into a news/talk kind of vibe and sometimes it can get into very random topics -- definitely a different animal from other shows on Fox. Always refreshing to see jokes that aren't from the homogeneous pool of liberal comedians. Gutfeld does speak off a teleprompter for a little bit, and the written humor is a spawn of Red Eye. The show can have some low points here and there, but the election coverage is great.

I won't say any names, but someone needs to quit wearing dresses up to her hip because it's highly unprofessional. Seriously, I do not want to see you dressed in dresses that are way to short. Try dressing more professional. I turn the Chanel when Gutfeld is aired. Greg seems to be a genuinely awesome person. Why does he allow someone to dress unprofessional? Little boys are watching ya know; does that matter to her?
I like watching the rest of the shows on fox. I tune in every night after work and on weekends. When Gutfeld airs, it's time to turn the channel because I am highly offended. Thanks for reading my rant.

What Greg Gutfeld does best is satire. Greg Gutfeld knows how to craft satirical jabs and jokes as he's discussing a serious political situation. This is because Gutfeld's show is one of the shows that manages to find humor in the serious situations that occur in everyday life. Of course, sometimes, he takes situations very seriously when necessary, but a lot of the time, he also finds a way to create brilliant humor in politics.
This is why people should watch his show--not just because what he is saying is correct, but Gutfeld manages to put a light-hearted and more comedic spin on it all.

Without the comedy. Painful to watch. If a rich annoying kid had his own local cable TV show. I need 150 characters to complete this review I hope this is long enough.

Good or bad I like honest news and the main stream news networks like CNN have become so fake and incorrect today. Fox News Channel is one of the only channels serving factual news and Gutfeld is a nice fun spin on this factual news. If you want to be spoon fed lies do not watch Fox News Channel.
Greg Gutfeld is just horrible...the only funny parts is when his cast looks at him with loathing because he says something so childish and stupid. I dont know how anyone watches this show.
