Along with a strong RP British accent, Joshua has athletic training in basketball and weightlifting-skills that support both dramatic and physical roles.

Outside of acting, Joshua enjoys volunteering at Wild at Heart Horse Ranch in Lancaster, where he helps care for the animals and connect with the community.

His role as Calvin in Sierra Hwy marked his first leading performance in a feature film. The emotionally demanding character pushed him to expand his range and solidify his voice as a dramatic actor.

Joshua's very first acting experience was playing a disciple of Jesus in a church production.

While filming a scene that involved lying in a jail cell, Joshua had to remain calm and in character while a real spider, handled by an insect wrangler, crawled across his body. The scene helped him develop deeper focus and confidence under pressure.
