First hip hop karaoke song was "Push It" by Salt 'N' Pepa - which was her second choice. She originally signed up to perform 'Gasface' by 3rd Bass, but switched songs because she felt like the crowd really wanted to dance.

Originally studied Bio-Medical Science at the University of Guelph.

Spent five years doing karaoke two to three nights a week at the Gladstone in Toronto with host Peter Styles, and had a collection of 5000 songs in her home that she would practice with while running her cheerleading company FlyGirl in her home office in Parkdale.
