As a rule, he generally avoids most movies and television series made by Hollywood (Even those of which that are critically acclaimed) as he doesn't want to financially support the corporations and their agendas.

Although a vocal critic of The Young Turks, he appeared on their show for an interview in 2008 to discuss why he was leading a boycott against the film version of the popular television series Sex and the City, which he had never seen a single episode of. The conversation was actually even-tempered.

Although he does occasionally comment on comic book and superhero culture, he admits to not being an expert on the medium or of such stories and characters.

Before becoming an author and media analyst, he worked for a mattress store but was let go because the store owner had to shut the business down.

Has mostly written novels about political and religious conspiracy, but also wrote a novel on dating in 2008 called "THE Book on Dating: Strategies Every Guy Should Know ".
