Elei grew up in a family of chefs and learned to cook at a young age. She enjoys making vegan dishes, fried fish and anything with spice. One of her goals is to be on a cooking show.

When she moved to the USA, Elei was extremely eager to learn English and learned it in six months.

Speaks fluent Spanish and English.

Elei played the role of Pancha in the critically acclaimed theater production, Real Women Have Curves. The show was popular from since opening night and sold out every show, making it the first all Latina cast and Spanish-speaking production to do so in the state of Georgia.
