Corey Hawkins is a graduate of The Juilliard School.

While in his 4th year at Juilliard, Corey Hawkins received The John Houseman Award.

Made his Broadway debut as Tybalt opposite Orlando Bloom, and Dola Rashad, in the 2013 revival of Romeo & Juliet.

Received a Tony Award nomination as Leading Actor in a Play in 2017 for his performance in "Six Degrees of Separation".

Invited to join the actor's branch of AMPAS in 2018.
