Scott released a self-titled album in 1989, produced by singer Richard Carpenter (of The Carpenters).

Once considered a career as a professional hockey player. Scott now plays only the position of center in benefit celebrity events.

Was a guest vocalist on an album of the group 30-Odd-Foot of Grunts (the band fronted by his Mystery - New York: Ein Spiel um die Ehre (1999) co-star Russell Crowe).
