Menahem Golan wurde am 31 Mai 1929 in Tiberias, Palestine [ora Israel] geboren. Er war Produzent und Autor, bekannt für Star Rock (1980), Die City-Cobra (1986) und Lifeforce - Die tödliche Bedrohung (1985). Er war mit Rachel verheiratet. Er starb am 8 August 2014 in Tel Aviv, Israel.
