Has returned to NWA-TNA only a few weeks after being released. He is now also a born again Christian. (Januar 2004)

Was briefly hired back by WWE in 2002 as a writer. He had a meeting with the creative team with Stephanie McMahon, the head of creative, being absent. That night, she calls him on the phone and talks down to him as if he was a child. That was when he realized working in WWE with Stephanie as creative would never work out.
