Frantisek Peterka(1922-2016)

His name is pronounced "Frahn-teesh-eck Peh-ter-kah".

[on religion]: "I once went to a funeral of a colleague, and when I saw the huge litanies around it, now he was on display, the whole thing took an awfully long time... Well, I thought, if we're doing it on stage, well, that's where the theatre belongs. But why participate here. Plus, there's a group of people who are believers, they go to church and they think that if they're loaded there every day, that's enough for a proper life. I am with God daily, I am content, tremendously happy and I don't even have to go out for that."
