The music video's theme is multiplicity. The video opens with intercalated beauty shots of will.i.am and Spears, until the scene cuts to will.i.am using his iPhone camera add-on and social network iam+. will.i.am says "bring the action", and Spears is seen wearing a skin-tight skirt and a long-sleeved top with bare midriff and cleavage. Spears performs fast movements to the song's beat and sings the lyrics. She is then seen atop a white box and posing to the camera.

It's a vintage Britney video, in every absurd and amazing meaning of that label. It's utterly nonsensical, yet tantalizing. She's gyrating against a white wall, flanked by female backup dancers dressed in leather. She's gazing at herself sultrily at a vanity in the middle of a barren desert. Now the leather-clad backup dancers join her on a white platform for some floor choreography in the middle of said barren desert. Britney then throws down some spritely choreography in what looks like an underground club. Then there's some sensuous choreography in what looks like a different underground club. Then she wields a riding crop and whips some backup dancer who is ball-gagged and on a leash for some kinky choreography in what looks like yet another different underground club. There are mannequins that are blown up. There is Britney Spears in a neon-pink ball gown on a lily pad cooing for the camera.

A man lying in a hospital room has no idea how he got there. Through a semi conscious state, flashbacks come to him of a shoot out, a mysterious package he was meant to collect and a girl who got away with it all. Told in the style of Eric Rohmer and Godard, this non linear story takes us on a mysterious journey of flashbacks, filled with tension and suspense.
