Los Tigres Guapos, the evil musical group, have come up with a dastardly scheme: raise Former President Kennedy from the dead and turn him into a zombie. As if that wasn't bad enough, they've taken current President Lyndon Johnson and turned him into a mummy. The only ones who stand in their way are The Collegians: Dean, Chuck and Tad. Using the weapon they know best - "rock" - The Collegians take a road trip to Dallas to defeat Los Tigres on their own turf.
