After discovering that her husband Greg has been having an adulterous affair with secretary Natalie, housewife Marsha decides to embark on a few illicit carnal misadventures of her own.

Abandoned by her mother, teenage girl Janeen lives deep in the Okefenokee swamp. When an escaped female convict and her boyfriend try to flee through the swamps, it leads to a deadly duel for survival between Janeen and the criminals.

This movie features the music straight from the stage of the Ryman Auditorium during the annual birthday celebration (filmed right from the Opry in October, 1969). It also gives a synopsis of sights around Nashville.

Singer Link Byrd, Jr. wants to join the Grand Ole Opry, and hooks up with a slippery-slick agent named "Fats" Jackson. Jackson makes him a star but ruins his reputation along the way.
