Als sich herausstellt, dass Dorotheas Bilderbuchfamilienleben doch nicht ganz so ungetrübt war, wie es erschien, erweitert sich der Fokus der Ermittlungen und der Kreis der Verdächtigen. Ungeachtet ihrer persönlichen Reibereien decken Lisa und Thomas einen mörderischen Plan auf, der jegliches Maß verlor und weiteren Menschen gefährlich werden könnte.
