Kamen Rider Genms -The Presidents- is a two-episode TTFC-exclusive crossover miniseries between Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and Kamen Rider Zero-One. In the miniseries, Gai Amatsu is infected with the Bugster Virus by a revived Kuroto Dan, who wishes to bring back Genm Corp. for his own malicious purposes.

This is a TTFC-exclusive special set within the continuity of Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. In the special, Hiiro faces off against several beast-themed warriors while encountering the deadly Takeshi Asakura.
