- There once was a pirate known as the Great Gold Pirate Woonan, who obtained almost 1/3 of the world's gold. Over the course of a few years, the pirate's existence faded, and a legend grew that he disappeared with his gold to a remote island, an island pirates continue to search for. Aboard the Going Merry, Luffy and his crew, starved and reckless, are robbed of their treasure. In an attempt to get it back, they wreck the getaway ship, guided by a young boy named Tabio, who's a captured part of El Drago's pirate crew. El Drago's love for gold has driven him to look for Woonan's island, and thanks to Woonan's treasure map, he finds it. During this time, Luffy's crew have been split up, and despite their own circumstances, they must find a way to stop El Drago from obtaining Woonan's gold.
- The story follows Teppei, a caretaker of a farm located in Kamui Island. He visits his genius brother who studies robotics in Germany only to see him get abducted by a group of half human half machine beings. Using a powerful weapon he calls the Meisei Fist, he attempts to hunt them down and rescue his brother.
- No one who came to the high tech underwater theme park LeMU on May 1st, 2017 were expecting anything out of the ordinary. None of the seven young people who found themselves deep underwater on that day had any idea what was to happen. But when a sudden accident traps them together in the quickly flooding facility, with no means of contacting the outside, what was to be an ordinary day turns into a harrowing five days where life-and-death hang in the balance. With only 119 hours until the destabilized facility collapses from the water pressure, the tide and tension inside LeMU continues to quickly rise. Unable to help themselves, unable to escape, the seven people turn to each other for comfort, support, and hope. Two young men, Takeshi Kuranari, an emotional university student, and the Kid, a teenager suffering from amnesia, are the filters through which this world is seen. As one or the other, different elements of the mysteries of LeMU, the accident, and the five heroines are revealed. Only by experiencing the story through both of them can the truth be revealed, and everyone be saved. And, as time runs out, feelings between the seven continue to grow, and glimmers of love among the desperation shines through. Will it be enough to undo the disaster? Can true feelings save the seven from tragedy? Only time, what little of it is left, will tell.
- A young Japanese actress remembers her war childhood in Korea. Her father goes to fight, her baby sister Miko dies of typhoid, her beloved Korean maid Ohana is fired due to a mistake which could cost Chiko her life... By and by Chiko realizes that the country is being ruled by the Japanese and the Koreans are persecuted. When the war ends, the Koreans chase the Japanese rule and the roles change. Now Chiko's family is unwanted. But then the Russians come and this is the end. They have to burn all the pictures to avoid all suspicions... even Miko's picture. But when the Russians come to their house, they decide to flee over the 38th Parallel towards freedom. A group of men, women, children struggles along the mountains, led by the light of the Northern Star. Along the way they meet a Korean man, who is willing to help them to escape the Russian soldiers although his family was killed by the Japanese.
- Sozo Haran was a scientist living on Mars, who created a form of self-aware cyborgs (the Meganoids). The Meganoids rebelled and killed Dr. Haran and his family, except his son, the 16-year-old Banjo Haran. Banjo escapes from Mars with a super robot called Daitarn 3, built with the Mars special metals. Living on Earth, Banjo fights against the Meganoids together with his butler Garrison and the two girls Reika and Beauty, in attempt of preventing the Meganoids from converting the human race into cyborgs.
- The Layzner OVA serves as an alternative version of the TV series. The first episode, titled "Eiji 1996", recaps the first part of the series (episodes 01-24). The second episode ("Le Caine 1999") takes place after a time skip, and contains episodes 26 through 37 (episode 25 of the TV series, being a recap itself, is skipped here). The final episode, "Seal 2000", is an expanded version of the final episode of the TV series (38) and features new animation and a longer epilogue.

To combat the invasion, a genius inventor, upgrade some the kids' robot helpers into powerful robot fighters.
- When alien invaders come to Earth, the Jin family reveals its alien nature. Their ancestors came to Earth from planet Biar, after it was conquered by the army of Gaizok, who is now aiming at conquering Earth. With the help of ancient documents they will find the ships of their ancestors and assemble the robot "Zambot 3", to fight their old enemy.
- Bukida is disliked by all the students in his class because of his unpleasant face. However, he loves a girl named Matsuko and so he stalks her. Though Matsuko rejects him, Bukida fancies she likes him at heart. One day, Bukida is killed in a traffic accident. Matsuko feels relieved. But Bukida appeared to her as the living dead. Bukida says, "I love you forever, even though I am dead!".
