Recently cleared of an embezzlement charge, Detective Williams is handed a high-profile murder case while also forced to take on a new partner. Williams tries solving this case while working to see if he can trust his partner.

Over a span of ten hours in Fresno, California, Jo-Jo, a 10-year-old latchkey child, navigates the city on his scooter.
