Years after a schoolboy writes a book of prophecies, a mysterious super-villain uses it as his master-plan of world destruction.

The high school girl is raised in a tiny fishing village. Her dream is to become a pop idol in Tokyo following graduation from school. When she confides in her father regarding her dream the response is not positive. Her father is not supportive. They become alienated. The father dies due to an accident related to his work. The daughter is distraught. She loses her will and passion. Her friends cheer her up.

Fuiko Hashida (Shinozaki) runs her own nail salon in Tokyo. She is informed of her father's death one day. She has not spoken to her father in eight years and since leaving the hometown and falling out with him. She returns to town for the funeral. She is coincidentally wearing eyeglasses and travels eight years into the past and sees the town as if it were then. She remembers that at that time the town had trouble with a business and businessman dumping trash and destroying nature. She resolves to change the city's future.
