In the age of the Warring Countries, Japan was fragmented in semi-independent provinces, governed by feudal lords or daimyo, who confronted each other in an endless struggle for power. Ambitious daimyos from every corner of the Archipelago had shouted their battle cry. They were Takeda Shingen from Kai, Sanada Yukimura, Uesugi Kenshin from Echigo, Azai Nagamasa from Omi, Tokugawa Ieyasu from Mikawa, and many more... Those were days of unrest and chaos. As war spread throughout the country, the map of power underwent rapid and dramatic changes. In this never-ending conflict, one man finally seemed to be just one step from establishing total control over the country. He was the lord of Owari, the Sixth Heavenly Devil King. His name was Oda Nobunaga. But now, a young general clad in azure makes his unexpected appearance in this confused scenario, heading a huge army of cavalrymen from the Northern provinces. He is known as Date Masamune, the One-Eyed Dragon. And he is coming for Oda Nobunaga's head, and for ultimate supremacy!

Japan is again in turmoil as a subordinate of Toyotomi, Ishida cuts a wrath of fury across the land while other warlords rally for an era of peace. Masamune and Sanada must fight Mitsunari in order to bring the country to peace.

Two of the mightiest warlords of ancient Japan, Takeda Shingen and Uesugi Kenshin, set aside their rivalry to unite against the forces of Date Masamune.

Sanada and Date rush to claim the same prize: Imagawa's head. A clash erupts between the two warriors, but before one can declare victory, their battle is interrupted by a horrifying presence.

Free-spirited Keiji hopes to build an alliance against the threat of the Demon Lord. His visit with Uesugi ends on a promising note - but his meeting with Date Masamune leads to a battle.

As entire armies stand poised to attack, Takeda and Uesugi offer Tokugawa a final chance to join forces against Oda - but once his loyalties are decided, a ruthless betrayal soaks the battlefield in blood.

Oda's army is on the move in the south, while his most lethal assassins strike the opposition leaders of the east. As Takeda and Uesugi fight for their lives, many loyal to the alliance meet their demise.

Matsunaga takes three of Date's men hostage and demands a ransom of rare and valuable weaponry. Katakura sets out to rescue the men - but he might not be able to do it alone.

After he rises to defend the honor of the fallen Azai, Date Masamune orders his forces to retreat. However, Sanada is shocked to discover it might already be too late for the warrior to survive.

With Takeda and Uesugi injured, the remaining alliance leaders plot their final assault against Oda. Even though the situation looks bleak, Date and Sanada prepare to face their destinies.

Old rivalries resume at Kawanakajima as Sanada Yukimura battles Date Masamune and Takeda Shingen squares off against Uesugi Kenshin. Meanwhile, the warlord Toyotomi Hideyoshi seeks ultimate domination in order to unify Japan.

Under attack from all sides, Date Masamune is at a severe disadvantage without his strategist. Meanwhile, Takeda Shingen and Sanada Yukimura are on the move and preparing to outflank Toyotomi.

Uesugi Kenshin faces Maeda Toshiie's invading army! Meanwhile, in the north, Date Masamune prepares to engage Katakura Kojuro, but finds one more obstacle in his way.

When Date's path is blocked by Uesugi, he has a chance to reflect on the history he shares with Katakura. Meanwhile, Toyotomi prepares to invade Shikoku, and Sanada realizes that time is running out.

Toyotomi Hideyoshi takes on Chosokabe's seafaring fortress, the Fugaku. Meanwhile, Sanada is compelled to stray from his mission once again, and Keiji reunites with his aunt and uncle in Kaga.

While traveling to Osaka, Date encounters both Kai and Takeda. Meanwhile, Sanada is still shaken by Oyamada's death, but presses on to Satsuma in order to carry out his mission.

Keiji reflects on the long history he shares with Toyotomi. Meanwhile, Sanada is allowed an opportunity to get to know Miyamoto and Shimazu better, and also gains some surprising insight into Mori.

During the march to war against the Demon Lord: When Keiji visits Chosokabe and Mori to persuade them to join the alliance, Oda's minions arrive to issue a very serious threat.

As Date and Chosokabe adjust their plans to attack Osaka, Mori plots to attack Toyotomi from the west. Meanwhile, Takeda and Uesugi attempt to outmaneuver Toyotomi in the east.
